5、招生录取及确认
1）报名志愿招生录取
* 5月17日—5月18日为报名志愿录取时间。如报名人数小于或等于招生计划数，则全部录取。如报名人数超过招生计划数的，由区教育局实行电脑摇号随机录取。
* 5月19日—5月20日可以组织验证。
* 5月20日起，通过短信和“上海市义务教育入学报名系统”陆续告知相关入学信息。
2） 调剂志愿招生录取
* 5月23日—5月24日为调剂志愿录取时间。
按市教委规定，2021年5月27日完成招生录取工作。学校将在黄浦区教育局规定的日期内发放录取通知书。

四、收费项目及标准：
经黄浦区发展与改革委员会核准（黄发改物价【2018】6号），2021学年，我校初中学生学费收费标准为每生每学期80000元，即一学年收费160000元。
学校可提供外区学生寄宿，住宿费预估为每学期28950元，即每学年57900元，最终费用按实际发生的结算。
住宿费、校车费、午餐费、课外教育活动费等费用等另行收取。

Shanghai Concord Bilingual School (hereafter referred to as ‘Shanghai Concord’) is the first internationalised private school in the Huangpu District. The school is recruiting students from Grades 1 to 12. As of 2023, we continue to recruit students for our Grade 6 intake as part of the Chinese compulsory education.

The school fully delivers the Chinese National Curriculum based on standards set by the Shanghai Education Commission. We offer no overseas curriculum. 1. 执行《上海市教育委员会关于2023年本市义务教育阶段学校招生入学工作的实施意见》和《2023年黄浦区初中阶段学校招生入学工作实施意见》，根据黄浦区教育局核准的招生计划数、计划分类，在招生范围内进行招生。
The recruitment process will be carried out according with the “Student Recruitment in Compulsory Education in 2023 issued by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission” and the “Huang Pu District 2023 Middle School Student Enrolment Policy”.
2. 分类计划及招生数: 2023年学校招生计划总数为90名，4个班级，班额数不超过23人。分类计划如下：
Enrolment Categories and Numbers：In 2023 we will recruit in four categories (preparatory class for Middle school), 90 new students, 4 classess in total no more than 23 students each. The details of the enrolment categories and numbers are as below:

Direct Progression from Grade 5: from April 13th to 24th, parents to complete an expression of interest questionnaire. On May 5th, completion of student enrolment via direct progression.
5. 网上报名及志愿填报：有意愿选择我校就读的学生和家长，5月11日至5月13日登陆“上海市义务教育入学报名系统”（shrxbm.edu.sh.gov.cn）或“一网通办”网站(zwdt.sh.gov.cn), 选择填报上海康德双语实验学校为报名志愿，还可根据个人意愿另外填报一个调剂志愿。
Please apply online through the Shanghai Compulsory Education Enrolment System (shrxbm.edu.sh.gov.cn) or Shanghai Integrated Online Platform (zwdt.sh.gov.cn) between May 11th and to 13th. You can select Shanghai Concord Bilingual School as the only choice, or add another option as your secondary adjustment choice.
6. 招生录取及确认
1）报名志愿招生录取
5月17日—18日，民办初中报名志愿录取。如报名人数小于或等于招生计划数，则全部录取。如报名人数超过招生计划数的，由区教育局实行电脑摇号随机录取。

1） First Choice Confirmation
The first round of enrolment takes place between May 17th to May 18th. If the number of applications exceeds the number of places available in a private school, then students will be selected randomly through a computer draw by the district of Education Commission.
The first round of offers will be sent out via text message to parents through the Compulsory Education Enrolment System portal start from May 20th.
2） Second Choice Confirmation (not mandatory, does not apply to everyone)
The second round of enrolment takes place on May 22nd.
3） Enrolment acceptance offer
School will complete the 2023 selection process for our Middle School and notify the successful applicants within the allocated time as directed by the Huangpu Education Bureau.

Students that graduate from our Middle School have a variety of High School options that they can select in order to continue their studies.

The school fully delivers the Chinese National Curriculum based on standards set by the Shanghai Education Commission. We offer no overseas curriculum. Shanghai Concord Bilingual School middle school campus is located in the Huangpu District at No.53 Runan Street Road, in a rigorous, diverse and supportive environment, with outstanding facilities.the school offers bus services. Accommodation is available to students who require it.

The school’s recruitment plan and procedure
1. The recruitment process will be carried out according with the “Student Recruitment in Compulsory Education in 2024 issued by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission” and the “Huang Pu District 2024 Middle School Student Enrolment Policy”.
2. Enrolment Categories and Numbers：In 2024 we will recruit in four categories (preparatory class for Middle school), 100 new students, 4 classes in total with 25 students each. The details of the enrolment categories and numbers are as below:
3. Recruitment Scope: primary school graduates whose information has been registered with the “Shanghai Compulsory Education Enrolment System” and “Integrated online platform”.
4. Direct Progression from Grade 5: from April 15th to 26th, parents to complete an expression of interest questionnaire. On May 7th, completion of student enrolment via direct progression.
5. Please apply online through the Shanghai Compulsory Education Enrolment System (shrxbm.edu.sh.gov.cn) or Shanghai Integrated Online Platform (zwdt.sh.gov.cn) between May 13th and to 15th. You can select Shanghai Concord Bilingual School as the only choice, or add another option as your secondary adjustment choice.
6. Admission Based on Categories
1）First Choice Confirmation
* The first round of enrolment takes place between May 20th to May 21st. If the number of applications exceeds the number of places available in a private school, then students will be selected randomly through a computer draw by the district of Education Commission.
* The first round of offers will be sent out via text message to parents through the Compulsory Education Enrolment System portal start from May 22nd.
2）Second Choice Confirmation (not mandatory, does not apply to everyone)
* The second round of enrolment takes place on May 23rd.
3） Enrolment acceptance offer
School will complete the 2024 selection process for our Middle School and notify the successful applicants within the allocated time as directed by the Huangpu Education Bureau.

Enrolment commitment and information disclosure
1. The following “three promises” will be strictly enforced: No advance registrations or interviews，no acceptance of special CVs and certificates from appropriately aged students, no association with any education training organisations.
2. International curriculum and teaching materials are not permitted.
3. No charge (including registration fees, interview fees and sponsorship fees) will be incurred during the application process. Please report any suspicious cases of charging under the name of student recruitment to the Municipal and District Administrative Department for Education and Discipline Inspection Departments.
