网上报名：
5月8日—15日
适龄幼儿监护人按照信息登记的路径进入“市登记系统 ”，选择各区报名— “长宁区 ”，进入“长宁区适龄幼儿入园报名系统 ”，按照本区报名条件完善相关信息、上传报名材料，完成网上报名。
线下补登记、补报名验证：
5月24日-25日
对于符合我园招生条件，确因各种原因无法自行完成报名或网上验证未通过的适龄幼儿监护人 , 5 月24日、25 日， 限一名监护人携带幼儿户口簿、出生证明、房产证等材料原件到（园所地址 ) 进行线下补登记 、补报名验证 。备注： 补登记 、补报名验证无需带幼儿 。为减少家长等待， 须 提前通过电话预约线下补报名验证时间。
网上验证：
5月30日前
我园将根据适龄幼儿监护人提供的报名材料进行网上验证，验证结果将于5月30日前 通过短 信或电话等方式反馈至适龄幼儿监护人 。已收到网上验证通过提示的适龄幼儿监护人无需再到幼 儿园进行验证。
录取通知：
6月中旬起
6月中旬起，分批发放录取通知。幼儿园遵循本区户籍人户一致幼儿优先录取的原则 。将根据招生的实际情况 ，对适龄幼儿与户主关系、户口迁入年限及产权所有人有所要求，对符合要求的实行对口入园；对不符合对口入园的实行区域统筹入园。
托班招生说明
康文幼儿园长宁园在满足小班适龄幼儿入园的前提下，开设2个托班。
户籍在本园招生地段内的托班幼儿（2022年9月1日—2023年8月31日期间出生），如有意愿进行入托信息登记， 监护人可致电详询：021-33677788

1、信息登记：
4月22日—29日
全市适龄幼儿监护人须自行通过 “上海市适龄幼儿入园信息登记系统” 完成信息登记，并获取登记编号。登记编号作为幼儿网上报名的凭证。

2、网上报名：

3、网上验证：

To orderly implement the "Shanghai Municipal Education Commission's Notice on the Enrollment of Early Year Children 2022", we would like to provide the following information relating to the enrollment of Concord Academy Changning Kindergarten in 2022
小班：2018年9月1日—2019年8月31日，居住在上海且身体健康（无慢性传染病）、智力正常、可正常参加集体活动的适龄幼儿均可招收。
Nursery: children whose date of birth is from September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019, in good health (no infectious diseases), of normal intelligence and able to participate in group activities normally are eligible.
持有本市户籍、非本市户籍、港澳台及持境外护照的适龄幼儿均可招收。
Children with Household Registration in Shanghai or outside Shanghai, or hold passports of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and foreign countries are all eligible for enrollment.

适龄幼儿监护人须自行通过 “上海市适龄幼儿入园信息登记系统” 完成信息登记，并获取登记编号。登记编号作为幼儿网上报名的凭证。

验证成功后，园所将在8月15日前通过邮箱发出录取通知书，请家长在指定时间来园办理入园手续。
After successful verification, Acceptance letters will be sent by email before August 5. Parents are requested to come to the kindergarten at the designated time for admission procedures.

Pre-Nursery Year group: 50-60 students each in Xuhui and Changning campuses.
Other year groups (Nursery, Reception and Year One): Limited places available in each year group both in Xuhui and Changning campuses.
Children with Shanghai residential household, other cities’ residential household in China, citizenship of Hongkong, Macau or Taiwan, or foreign passports (with residence visa) can all apply for a place at Concord Academy. Children must also be physically healthy (with no chronic infectious diseases) without special learning needs and be able to participate in group activities.

登记时间：
4月24日上午12:00 — 4月30日下午24:00，适龄幼儿监护人须自行在“上海市适龄幼儿入园信息登记系统”（网址: https://shrydj.edu.sh.cn）或“一网通办”完成信息登记。登记编号作为幼儿网上报名的凭证。
报名时间：
5月8日—20日，适龄幼儿监护人须自行在“上海市适龄幼儿入园信息登记系统”（网址同上）选择各区报名—“徐汇区或长宁区”，进入“区适龄幼儿入园报名系统”，完成网上报名并打印报名表。报名表将作为现场验证的凭证。
验证时间：
5月23日—24日，适龄幼儿监护人须带领适龄幼儿并携带报名表、幼儿户口簿、上海市居住证、港澳居民居住证或港澳居民来往内地通行证、台湾居民居住证或台湾居民来往大陆通行证、国外护照（五选一）、出生证明、房产证等证件的原件及复印件。

1) For Nursery Year Group (born between September 1, 2016, to August 31, 2017)
Online Registration:
From April 24 to April 30, 2020 (till 24:00), parents of all eligible Nursery Year Group children should register on the official local Kindergarten Student Registration System (https://shrydj.edu.sh.cn). You then complete the registration and save your registration number. This information will be necessary in order to access the next step of “Apply for the Kindergarten”.
Online Application for the Kindergarten:
From May 8 to May 20, parents of all eligible Nursery Year Group students should apply for the kindergarten on the same official website (https://shrydj.edu.sh.cn). Please choose either Xuhui or Changning district, enter the “Kindergarten Application System”, complete the application and print off the form. This document will be necessary for the next step of “Onsite Verification” at one of our campuses.
Onsite Verification:
On May 23 and 24, Nursery students together with their parent(s) or legal guardian, should go to their preferred kindergarten campus to complete the verification procedure. Please bring the documents shown below:
a) Original “Kindergarten Application Form” as outlined at Step above.
b) ID (original and copy): Shanghai Citizen (Household Book); Citizens of other Chinese Cities (Household Book and Residential Permit of Shanghai); Hongkong, Macau, Taiwan (Residence Card or Travel Passport to China mainland); Foreign Citizens (Passport with residence visa). Appropriate ID must be shown to match each specific application.
c) Birth certificate (original and copy)
d) Property ownership certificate (original and copy)

Changning Campus: No. 345 Qing Xi Road, Changning District
