深圳市南山区双玺第一幼儿园

根据《深圳市教育局关于做好2022年秋季学期幼儿园招生工作的通知》相关要求，本园2022年秋季学期招生工作安排如下：

According to the relevant requirements of the notice of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of education on the enrollment of kindergartens in the autumn semester of 2022, the arrangement of our school  is as follows:

    深圳市南山区双玺第一幼儿园（许可证编号为：教民144030560002170号）位于南山蛇口双玺花园，幼儿园占地1633平米，建筑面积近1849平米，是深圳市大疆公益基金会与深圳市南山区教育局探索新型合作办学模式打造的民办幼儿园。

Jade kindergarten is located in Shekou Shuangxi garden, Nanshan District.It is covering an area of 1633 square meters and a construction area of nearly 1849 square meters. It is a private kindergarten built by Shenzhen Dajiang public welfare foundation and Shenzhen Nanshan District .

    幼儿园以未来儿童的成长需要为依托，采用“项目式、探究式、情境式、生活化与游戏化”等多种有效探究学习教学策略，实现基于STEAM为基础的全面教育。幼儿园始终秉承“强健体格 乐学善研”办园理念，培养具有国际视野民族情怀，独立思考与自由人格的儿童；让科技改变生活，科技创设未来。

The kindergarten relies on the growth needs of children in the future, and adopts a variety of effective inquiry learning teaching strategies such as "project-based, inquiry based, situational, life-based and game based" to achieve a comprehensive education based on steam. 优先招收南山区招商街道水湾社区-双玺花园及周边社区适龄儿童。

We should be given to school-age children from Shuiwan community, Zhaoshang street, Nanshan District - Shuangxi garden and surrounding communities who are the priority.

（一）报名时间：6月10日—7月10日 

Registration time: June 10 to July 10

（二）材料核验：7月10日—7月15日

Material verification: July 10 - July 15

核验资料，采用分批核验，届时请已经报名的幼儿家长留意短信通知，按时携带材料来园接受核验（查验原件，留存电子扫描件/复印件）。

The materials shall be verified in batches. At that time, the parents of the children who have registered shall pay attention to the message and bring the materials to the kindergarten for verification on time (check the original, and keep the electronic scanning copy / copy).

需核验的报名材料如下：

The registration materials to be verified are as follows:

1.持有幼儿本人居民身份证（未取得身份证的可用户口簿、港澳通行证或护照等代替）、出生证明; 

The child's ID card (the household register, Hong Kong and Macao  passport can be used instead of the ID card) and birth certificate.

2.持有幼儿所在家庭户口簿，其父母（或监护人，下同）身份证;

Household register of the child's family, ID card of the child's parents (or guardian, the same below)

3. 幼儿所在家庭住址应在所申报幼儿园招生范围内，并持有家庭住所相关材料（下列材料中的任一项）：

The home address of the child shall be within the enrollment area of the kindergarten applied for, and you shall hold the relevant materials of the home address (any of the following materials):

1）由我市不动产登记管理部门出具的本社区住宅用途的不动产权证书或有效购房合同；

The real estate ownership certificate or valid house purchase contract issued by the municipal real estate registration administration department for the purpose of housing in the community;

2）现居住地街道办事处房屋租赁管理部门登记备案的本社区住宅用途《房屋租赁凭证》；

House lease certificate for the purpose of the community residence registered and filed by the house lease management department of the sub district office of the current residence；

3）在住房建设部门登记备案的本社区政策性住房的《购房合同》或《租赁合同》；

The "house purchase contract" or "lease contract" of the community's policy housing registered with the housing construction department;

4）本社区其他住房材料;

Other housing materials in the community;

5）儿童预防接种证（封面、封底及有记录的页面）;

Child’s vaccination certificate (front cover, back cover and page with records)

6）《深圳市儿童入托、入学预防接种验证查验证明》。通过微信搜索关注“深圳疾控”录入基本信息，提交生成查验证明; 

Verification and inspection certificate of Shenzhen Children's nursery and school vaccination. Follow "Shenzhen CDC" through wechat search, enter basic information, submit and generate inspection certificate;

（三）享受国家、广东省和深圳市政策优待人员的适龄子女，需持有相关政策优待材料。

The school-age children of those who enjoy preferential policies of the state, Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City need to hold relevant preferential policies.

（四）录取方式Admission

 1.幼儿园采取社区就近录取方式，优先录取本小区适龄幼儿，有空余学位时通知周边小区适龄幼儿。

Kindergartens adopt the method of community nearby admission, give priority to the school-age children in the community, and notify the school-age children in the surrounding community when they have spare degree。

2.7月中旬（具体时间另外通知）将在幼儿园门口张贴公布录取结果，并将通过电话、短信方式通知家长。

In the middle of July (the specific time will be notified separately), the admission results will be posted at the gate of the kindergarten, and parents will be notified by telephone and message.

（一）报名和报名材料核验先后顺序与录取结果无关。

The order of registration and verification of registration materials has nothing to do with the admission results.

（二）幼儿父母（或监护人）对报名信息和核验材料的真实性负责。报名信息与报名材料不符，或提供虚假材料的，一经查实，将视为无效报名，录取后也将取消学位。

Parents (or guardians) of children shall be responsible for the authenticity of registration information and verification materials. If the application information is inconsistent with the application materials, or false materials are provided, once verified, the application will be deemed invalid, and the degree will be cancelled after admission.

（三）被录取幼儿须体检合格后方可正式入园。

The enrolled children must pass the physical examination before they can officially enter the kindergarten.
