上海市民办中芯幼儿园经上海市教委和浦东新区社发局批准，由中芯国际集成电路制造有限公司承办，成立于2001年6月；2001年9月3日正式开学。2008年被评为上海市一级幼儿园。

中芯幼儿园特色课程围绕“生命教育”开展，分为“对待自我”、“对待自然”和“对待社会”三个版块，形成了 “品格建立”“社会适应”“认识自然”“保护环境”“多元文化”系列项目活动。致力培养幼儿成为健康活泼、好奇探究、文明乐群、知道人与自然和社会的关系、爱护环境、勇敢自信、有初步责任感的儿童。使幼儿的生命得以和谐发展，有追求高质量生命的意识和远见。

Enrollment limited to Pudong New Area

申请条件Application conditions：

1）本市户籍：出生证，户口本, 房产证（地址需要在浦东新区）

the city’s household registration: birth certificate, household registration book, real estate certificate (the address needs to be in Pudong New Area)

2）  本市户籍人户分离：出生证，户口本，房产证/租赁合同, 租赁登记备案

the city’s household registration but different from residence: birth certificate, household registration book, real estate certificate/lease contract, lease registration record

3）外省市户籍：出生证，户口本，房产证/租赁合同（租赁登记备案），居住证/居住登记凭证，（父母一方请提供居住证及有效期查询单，网址：http://www.962222.net）,灵活就业证明，居住证积分单（有幼儿姓名），社保缴金证明（连续6个月），幼儿需提供居住证/居住登记凭证及居住证有效期查询单。

Household registration in other provinces and cities: birth certificate, household registration book, real estate certificate/lease contract (lease registration and filing), residence permit/residence registration certificate, (for parents, please provide residence permit and validity period inquiry form, website: http://www.962222.net), flexible employment certificate, residence permit point sheet (with child’s name), social security payment certificate (for 6 consecutive months), child need to provide residence permit/residence registration certificate and residence permit validity period inquiry form.

4）港澳台：出生证，香港或澳门永久居民身份证，台湾居民来往大陆通行证，《中华人民共和国港澳居民居住证》，《中华人民共和国台湾居民居住证》，《本市境外人员住宿登记表》，房产证/ 租赁合同。家长是中国户籍的请提供上海户口本或居住证（同外省市户籍）。

Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: birth certificate, Hong Kong or Macau permanent resident ID card, travel permit to the mainland for Taiwan residents, the residence permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents, the residence permit for Taiwan residents, the registration form for foreigners in Shanghai, real estate certificate/lease contract. For parents with Chinese household registration, please provide Shanghai household registration book or residence permit (same as household registration in other provinces and cities).

 5）外籍：孩子和父母一方的护照，孩子的出生证, 外国人居留许可页，《本市境外人员住宿登记表》，房产证/租赁合同。家长是中国户籍的请提供上海户口本或居住证（同外省市户籍）。

Foreigners: passport of the child and one of the parents, the child’s birth certificate, the page of the foreigner’s residence permit, the accommodation registration form for overseas visitors, and the property certificate/lease contract. For parents with Chinese household registration, please provide Shanghai household registration book or residence permit (same as household registration in other provinces and cities).

网上报名

     2024年5月9日-5月14日，适龄幼儿（小班年龄段出生日期：2020.9.1——2021.8.31）监护人通过“上海市浦东新区适龄幼儿入园报名平台”（登录上海“一网通办”网站首页“2024年适龄幼儿入园”特色专栏，网址：https://zwdt.sh.gov.cn 或登录“随申办”移动端首页“2024年适龄幼儿入园”）完善信息并进行统一的网上报名，获取《2024年浦东新区幼儿入园报名表》。

     期间，幼儿园通过线上电话咨询（021-50798061）和线下个别服务的方式帮助无法自行完成报名验证的幼儿监护人进行报名验证。“随申办”移动端或上海“一网通办”网站中的电子证照与纸质证件同等效力使用。

The Shanghai SMIC Private Kindergarten was founded in June, 2001 and officially opened its doors on September 3, 2001. In 2008, the school was rated as a first-class kindergarten in Shanghai. In 2019, it was rated as a high-quality private Kindergarten in Shanghai.
