双节将至，校区挂满了红色与黄色的装点元素，有旗帜，有飞龙，有灯笼。

The Campus is covered with red and yellow decorations, with flags, flying dragons, and lanterns. 

冰皮月饼

配方：预拌粉100g，沸水100g，豆沙300g，模具若干

Snowy Mooncake

Recipe: 100g pre-mixed powder, 100g warm water, 300g bean paste, and mooncake molds.

做法/Method: 

1.将预拌粉和沸水混合均匀后，和成面团。

1. Mix the pre-mixed powder and warm water, and form a dough.

2.将饼皮和馅料分成固定大小，饼皮约20g、豆沙约20g。

2. Divide the dough and the filling into fixed sizes, the dough is about 20g, and bean paste is about 20g.

3.饼皮压扁成圆形，并把豆沙馅包入。

3. Flatten the dough into a round shape and wrap the bean paste filling.

4.将包好的球形半成品在玉米淀粉中滚一下再放入模具压制。

4. Roll the wrapped finished product in cornstarch and then put it into the mold.

5.小巧精致的月饼们就完成啦！赶紧来尝尝吧！
