Let’s all learn about science | C Ban Science Fair
227 The SVKS CBan science fair is an annual tradition that inspires thinking about science and engineering. This year students from grades 2-5 participated in 2 weeks of presentations, judging and sharing.
一年一度的科学周活动是复旦万科C班传统。通过学习与探索，小朋友们对科学和工程学产生了极大兴趣。今年，2-5年级学生继续在为期两周的科学盛会中感受科学的魅力。
In lessons students learn about the scientific process which starts with questions or a problem. This inspired creative and new approaches to traditional projects. Students worked at home with friends and family support to explore, experiment and learn. They brought their results to school to share May 6th.
在科学周活动中，小朋友有了更多不同以往的创新。小朋友们在家里与小组同学和家人一起研究、探索，并展开实验；5月6日，他们把试验成果带到学校与老师和同学们一同分享；最终，各个班级选出了最佳选手参与年级决赛。

At school students presented their work to their classmates and focused on what they had learned and explained how they had reached their conclusions. Each class selected these finalists for the grade level competition.
The science fair is fun from start to finish! Some students explained their favorite part of the science fair was creating their projects at home because they could work with friends on something they were interested in. Others liked presenting to their classes or exploring and seeing the all the projects at the fair.
“Science Fair实在是太有趣了！”一些学生忍不住赞叹。他们可以与朋友一起做自己感兴趣的事，所以他们更喜欢在家里完成科学实验，而另外一些学生则喜欢在课堂上展示或探索科学项目。
This year we introduced the student’s choice award. During the fair, students had the opportunity to vote for their favorite project. This year’s student choice award was won by Teddy and Joe for their project on water filters.
今年，我们还设置了最受学生欢迎奖。科学周期间，学生们都有机会为自己喜欢的项目投票。Teddy和Joe的滤水器项目获得了今年最受学生欢迎奖。
The science fair gives every child a chance to explore and share their learning in science.
