This year, in addition to our Activities Camp, Pao School is excited to announce the new X-Academy and Mini College programmes that include both Day Camp (5 and 10 days) and Boarding Camp (7 and 11 days) options at the Primary and High School campuses respectively. The new programmes offer a selection of core subjects enabling students to focus and specialise on an area of passion while balancing their day by participating in a rich variety of co-curricular activities that include athletics, swimming, arts, sciences and more. 

The programmes aim to stimulate students' curiosity and enthusiasm for learning! Students will learn to train their ability to think and solve problems independently, to express their views clearly, to stimulate their creative thinking, to develop their initiative and independent learning skills, and to embrace the spirit of teamwork.

The all-new X-Academy programme is designed to enable students to express themselves, enhance their creativity and develop a sense of independence, all the while focusing on a core subject of passion. 

Time: June 21st - July 2nd (10 working days)

Year Level: Y1-Y6

Daily Schedule: 4 core subjects and 1 co-curricular activity per day.

X-Academy Day Camp (June 21st - July 2nd)

Designed for children aged from 5 to 8, the Activities Camp will provide diverse opportunities for children to cultivate good habits and useful skills. Children will be given the chance to express themselves, enhance their creativity and develop a sense of independence, whilst learning in an immersive bilingual environment. Most importantly, Activities Camp aims to cultivate good character in children, an important element of Pao School's Whole Person Education mission. 

Duration: July 5th - July 9th (5 days)

Ages: 5-8 years old

Activities Camp (July 5th - July 9th)

The Primary School campus features world-class facilities and provides a nurturing environment in which students learn and grow.

In addition to being able to focus on a passion as core subjects, X-Academy and Mini College Boarding Camps will also feature different theme evening activities. These activities will include workshops by Pao School Alumni discussing topics such as their life at Pao School, alongside their experiences matriculating to and attending top universities from around the world. 

X-Academy: June 23rd - June 29th (5 core subjects and 1 co-curricular activity per day). 

Mini College: July 4th - July 14th (5 core subjects and 1 co-curricular activity per day). 

Location: YK Pao High School Campus (1800 Lane 900 North Sanxin Road, Songjiang District, Shanghai)

Each day students will have co-curricular activities to provide balance to their daily course arrangement, including Design Zing, Be a Chef, Frisbee, Swimming, and more.

Students will experience Pao School boarding life at the Residential Centre where Pao School teachers (House Masters) and select Pao School alumni will be located in student dorms to supervise the student’s lodging.
